Hi PyrusBoy, You haven’t confirmed your product number but if it is a VGN-FJ1Z/W or similar you will note that there is limited support from Sony for this model with both Vista and Windows 7.

For the Graphics driver you will probably need to resort to a driver with a modified inf. File assuming that a Windows 7 driver is available for your graphics chip – I believe this model uses an Intel graphics chip but I don’t know which one.

The copying problem sounds like a permission issue. Do you receive any error message? Have you tried copying from other media to the hard drive?
