The manager Jami is an awesome lady, she lives on property so help is always there if needed. But she also won't knock on your door and bug you like most hotels ever. Shell leave you a note if she needs you for anything. The rooms are always clean upon arrival and the location is probably the best thing about the place. There's no other place like it!!

On site manager was, for the most part, useless (no clean towels, no tp), except the morning we were leaving when she pounded on the door barely 2 hours before our scheduled check out to tell us we had to be out an hour early. A neighbor got locked out his room and had to break into his own room (which was surprisingly very easy) because she was no where to be found and wouldn't answer my multiple phone calls. Whenever I did see her, she was busy using her 'nice voice' on the phone to keep her rooms booked. Parking situation was horrible.

About 10 spaces for 16 rooms, and no painted lines to determine spots. Half of the spots were taken up by RVs and trailers and cars that never moved, you have to squeeze into small spaces left between cars parked in akward angles taking up what could have been two spots. Manager recommended we park at a nearby apartment complex that ' hardly tows'. Not worth the small amount of money saved. Pros: Close to the beach, close to PB shopping areas on Garnet, full size fridge, garbage disposal, full size stove with range, VERY HOT water, nice neighborhood. Cons: Old beds, broken blinds, peeling paint, old TV, no phone, no alarm clock, small bathroom, leaky tub that hardly drained, half the furniture was broken or in very gross conditions, squeeky floor, no air (one very dirty fan), found a smoke detector on the shelf in the closet not properly installed, no amenities besides a couple bars of soap, super slow Wi-Fi, lame manager.
