Tracks Descriptions Vestas Graduate Program is divided into 4 main tracks; Technology, Manufacturing/Supply chain, Commercial and Finance. Each track consists of various positions spread across the globe. Here is some general information about the 4 main tracks. Technology is the area where the future of sustainable energy solutions come to life. It's also the area where Vestas teams bring new ideas and improvements to existing technologies. In this track you will find exciting positions in functions such as Blade Development, Design Center, Platform Management and Engineering Technical Management to name a few. Manufacturing/Supply chain is a combined track of our Production area, Procurement, QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) and Process Excellence functions.

The aim of this track is to ensure a thorough understanding of the production environment and associated areas. Positions within functions such as Regional Procurement, Factory Supply Chain & Logistics together with Production Engineering will guarantee many interesting connections during the two year program. The Commercial track is designed to cater for exposure within our regional and global commercial functions. They are mainly found within our Sales, Marketing, Service and Project execution areas. It can range from Sales in Emerging Markets to Sales Operations, from Service Sales to Service Business Improvement just to give an example. Finance covers all the financial areas within Vestas with extra focus on the commercial regions financial setup for these positions with intake in January 2018. Salaries for graduate students are based on completion of 12 credit hours annually for the first two years of a Master's or PhD graduate program (BS+1, BS+2).
